VALOREM’s management board is evolving

2 February 2021

After almost 4 years of collaboration, VALOREM and its CEO, Frédéric Lanoë, decided to end their collaboration and pursue their involvement towards Energy Transition, separately.

During his assignment, Frédéric contributed to the transformation of VALOREM into an international Independent Power Producer. The turnover of the company grew from 56M€ to 90M€ while the EBITDA doubled. Power of Parks in operation or in construction grew from 200 to more than 600 MW whereas Staffing increased from 180 to 300 employees.

VALOREM did diversify from wind power into big scale Solar PV but also into Hydropower, Repowering, Electricity Storage, Hydrogen or Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).

In the mean time, the 4 000 MW development pipeline consolidated. In France, with the launch of Aix and Lyon agencies, in Finland, where a first 300 MW mega project is now ready to build but also in Columbia and in Greece where a first tender was won.

The VALOREM staff would like to wish all the best to Frédéric for its future professional prospects.
